Claevo is an Amsterdam-based AI consultancy firm built by 3 founders. We kept seeing strategy decks land where working systems should have, so we built the company we'd want to hire.
Between us we'd seen the same pattern at companies of every size: a six-figure engagement, an executive summary, a roadmap that nobody owned, and a budget that quietly ran out before anything shipped. The work that did ship was usually owned by someone in-house who had to fight for it.
We started Claevo to sit on the other side of that line — to be the team that gets hired by the person fighting for it, scopes the thing ruthlessly, and ships it. No deck-first methodology. No offshored backrooms or junior consultants embedded for the optics. No twelve-month transformation programmes.
We're three. We intend to stay small. Every engagement runs with at least one founder on the keyboard, because that's the only way we know how to make the work as good as the pitch.
Business Analytics, Econometrics, and Business & Economics. We chose people, not credentials — but the credentials happen to be useful.
Ekin Dayi
Operational systems & integration. The one who reads your warehouse before writing a line of code.
Apoorva Rai
Models & analytical rigour. The one who'll backtest the solutions before they're in front of a customer.
Vasanth Senthilkumaravel
Strategy & client delivery. The one who turns a board question into a scoped engagement.
If we ever break one of these, fire us. They're the whole point of the firm.
We work primarily with SMEs in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg — close enough to be on-site when it matters, fluent in Dutch and English, and grounded in the regulatory reality of the EU.
We take selected engagements in the rest of the EU. We do not work with companies outside the EU's data-protection envelope.
